Two declaration methods: industrial packaging

Method A : Declaration of the mass on the basis of the product sheets or of the consumption

This declaration method is applicable to all the packaging of items that you have:

  • bought (unpacked by you) and/or
  • sold (packaged by you)

and for which the theoretical mass of the packaging is known thanks to the product sheets or data on the yearly consumption:

Unpacked by you:

(bought or imported via suppliers who are not members of Valorlux):

  • Products

  • Raw materials

  • Spare parts / consumables

Packaged by you:

  • Finished products/private label products

Method B: Declaration of mass collected in waste containers

This declaration method is applicable to all the packaging of items that you have:

  • bought (unpacked by you) and for which the theoretical mass is not known.

The declaration is made on the basis of the waste recovery certificate you get from your sanitation company.

Important!

This only applies to packaging for items you have purchased.

For the packaging of items you have sold, you must use the product sheet method A.

Valbase allows you to use both methods in the same declaration:
